Meditation Manifestation

We are always wanting know how to manifest the thing we want in life and there are 101 books and films on the subject. Well, this is number 102.

First of all, let me make it clear that you need to be sensible about what you want to manifest – as the old adage goes – ‘Be careful what you wish for’. The reason why I bring this up, is that just manifesting money or a partner, or the house etc might not actually be the thing in life that is going to make you happy. Life is about balance and so to be truly rich, you will need a well balanced life that has love, understanding, friends, health, freedom , joy and more. Just manifesting money without sorting out the other aspects of your life can lead you to an unhappy life.

This meditation is great for a cosmic connection for manifestation. When we create, we use the power of attraction and action to bring our wishes into the physical plane and to do this we need to work with the earth and the universe. Every physical thing we see around us is essentially a manifestation of mother earth and father sky. On a physical level, mother earth provides the raw materials and the energy, but more importantly, mother earth is a huge physical, living entity that has a grounding , creating, supporting , life giving energy. Everything we see on this planet, is born from mother earth. Father Sky, on the other hand, provides heat and warmth from the sun. Father sky is where the collective conscience is (remember that we are talking about the universe and so mother earth is also within father sky), Father Sky is inspiration, the ideas the thoughts, the power. What we see around us on this planet is the sacred union between Father Sky and Mother Earth. The plants, flowers, trees, animals have all been created from the earth with the energy of the sun.

When we choose to manifest something or someone into our lives, we need to work with both energies. We need to ground ourselves with mother earth, and reach up into the cosmos for the energy. When we have an idea (the thing we wish), this idea comes in through your crown chakra. Most of us have a thought or desire and then just want it to happen and then leave out the rest of the process. When you get that thought, follow it through your chakra system in order to truly energise and action it.

7th Chakra - Connection with Spirit – This is the start of the idea
6th Chakra – Third Eye – This is the visualisation (In a more cosmic sense)
5th Chakra – Throat – Verbalise your idea. Talk about it, express it
4th Chakra – Heart – Put feeling into it, Put emotion into it
3rd Chakra – See the item in movement
2nd Chakra – Creativity, this the beginning of creating the physical entity, desire, reproductive
1st Chakra – Physical plane – See it as created

Give it to mother earth

The next step is to accept it back from mother earth and pass it up through your chakra system energising the manifestation with the aspect of each chakra and finally passing the ‘Created’ item back into the universe for attraction.

Find a comfortable place to sit where you will not be disturbed

1. Close your eyes
2. Spend a few minutes relaxing and clearing you mind (concentrate on the air flowing in and out of your mouth if your mind tends to wonder)
3. Connect upwards into the cosmos, infinite , God
4. Connect with mother earth, root your energy deep inside her.
5. Connect with the physical plane
6. See the item you want to manifest out in the cosmos, see it being energised by the sun.
7. Pull the item down into your head through your crown chakra
8. At your third Eye, visualise the item in context. In other words, if its a partner, then see yourself with that person, if its a car , see yourself in the car.
9. At your throat Chakra, either verbalise it or if you cant physically speak out then speak internally. Energise the item with you voice. Again, if its a person, then talk to that person with kindness and love
10. At your heart Chakra, energise the item with love
11. At your Solar Plexus chakra, see yourself in movement with the item
12. At your Sacral chakra, bring the item into physical existence (in your mind – see it as real)
13. At your base chakra, pass the Item on to mother earth.
14. Feel mother earth and pass your desire onto her.
15. Move back through your chakra system until you reach your crown chakra again.
16. Pass the now fully energised and created idea out into the universe.
    Let time catch up!

Remember that you need to take action as well. The universe can being you what you need, but you need to look out for it, take action and take advantage. Don’t spend all your waking attention on sending out the signals. Stop and listen as well or you might not realise that what you ask for is right in front of you.
